¿Cuáles son las funciones de cada uno?
PRESIDENTE : Representar legalmente a la asociación ante toda clase de organismos públicos o privados; convocar, presidir y levantar las sesiones que celebre la Asamblea General y la Junta Directiva, así como dirigir las deliberaciones de una y otra; ordenar pagos y autorizar con su firma los documentos, actas y correspondencia; adoptar cualquier medida urgente resulte necesaria o conveniente, sin perjuicio de dar cuenta posteriormente a la Junta Directiva.
Posibilidad de reapertura de ESN – Zaragoza a valorar por la nueva junta.
Vicepresidente sustituirá al Presidente en ausencia de este, motivada por enfermedad o cualquier otra causa, y tendrá las mismas atribuciones que él.
El SECRETARIO tendrá a cargo la dirección de los trabajos puramente administrativos de la asociación; expedirá certificaciones; llevará los libros de la asociación legalmente establecidos y el fichero de asociados; y custodiará la documentación de la entidad, haciendo que se cursen las comunicaciones sobre la designación de las Juntas Directivas y demás acuerdos sociales inscribibles en los Registros correspondientes; así como la presentación de las cuentas anuales y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones documentales en los términos que legalmente correspondan.
El TESORERO recaudará y custodiará los fondos pertenecientes a la asociación y dará cumplimiento a las órdenes de pago que expida el Presidente. Asimismo, elaborará las líneas principales de los presupuestos de la asociación y los criterios de aprobación de las inversiones.

What are the functions of each?
PRESIDENT : To legally represent the association before all kinds of public or private organisms; to summon, to preside and to raise the sessions that the General Assembly and the Board of Directors celebrate, as well as to direct the deliberations of one and another one; to order payments and to authorize with his signature the documents, minutes and correspondence; to adopt any urgent measure is necessary or convenient, without prejudice to give account later to the Board of Directors.
Re-opening of ESN-Zaragoza , the new board will decide it.
The Vice-president will substitute the President in his absence, due to illness or any other cause, and will have the same attributions as the President.
The SECRETARY will be in charge of the direction of the purely administrative works of the association; will issue certifications; will keep the books of the association legally established and the file of associates; and will guard the documentation of the entity, making the communications about the designation of the Boards of Directors and other social agreements inscribed in the corresponding Registries; as well as the presentation of the annual accounts and the fulfillment of the documentary obligations in the terms that legally correspond.
The TREASURER will collect and safeguard the funds belonging to the association and will comply with the payment orders issued by the President. He/she shall also draw up the main lines of the association’s budgets and the criteria for approving investments
